How do I know this is a legitimate business?

With more and more privately managed apartment going online, sometimes it is hard to distinguish between a great deal and a fraud. Some of the indicators of a legitimate provider of privately managed apartments are:
1.    A person that answers the phone when you call, with knowledge of the accommodation products on offer;
2.    Real people featured on the website; and
3.    The availability to rate and provide feedback from your experience.
